CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
Device Insurance (Screen Damage and Liquid Damage)
- The Customer must download the SENTINEL app and create an account in order to register for this service and activate Sentinel before leaving the store.
- All Claims must be promptly reported by device owner/holder via customer’s account on the web portal immediately after the incident.
- In the case of Screen Damage, Customer must return the loaner device in the same excellent condition as it was received.
- All loaner devices must be certified in excellent condition by us when returned, before the repaired device is released (in case of screen damage).
