WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SUPPORT
OUT OF BOX FAILURE: If device purchased is not powering on or develops manufacturers defect within 7 days of opening, Device should be taken to the nearest service centre to you. Devices purchased on this site come with an authentication number to verify that it was purchased through us. The OBF device may take a few days to replace, so please be patient. Devices taken to the Service Centre after 7 days of opening will not be replaced but will be repaired, provided issues fall under our warranty conditions.
MOBILE DEVICE WARRANTY: All Samsung mobile devices sold on this platform are eligible for 24-month extended warranty. Warranty coverage includes manufacturer defects, software issues and damages not caused by user.
WEARABLES WARRANTY: Applicable for 6 months on manufacturer defects, software issues and damages not caused by user.
ACCESSORIES: No warranty on accessories such as tempered glasses, back covers etc. If product was delivered in bad condition, please contact us support and resolution.
OUT OF WARRANTY ISSUE: All warranty issues and repairs will be treated on a case by case basis, dependent on model. Please contact service centre for a quote.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS:Â All products shipped go through our Quality Control before shipment. Therefore, returns and/or request for refunds are not accepted and will not be treated once item has been sold and deemed in good condition.
