PROMOTION
Pre-order offer for Galaxy Foldable Series – Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 (“Promotion”). The promoter of the Promotion is Samsung Electronics West Africa Limited, and any other agencies ("Organizer").
PROMOTION PERIOD
- The Promotion will run from 00:00am on 10th of July 2024 until 31 st of July 2024, while stock lasts (“the Promotion Period”).
- The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Organizer.
WHO MAY ENTER
All participants must:
- be citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and/or legal residents of the aforesaid country,
- must be currently residing in Nigeria at the date of the commencement of the Promotion,
- must be a natural person and be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the Promotion.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PROMOTION
- The participant must Pre-order: Galaxy Foldable Series (Z Fold 6 or Z Flip 6) between from 00:00am on 10 th of July 2024 until 31 st of July 2024, while stocks last (“the Promotion Period”) in stores Nationwide.
- Errors and omission may be accepted at the Organizer's discretion. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that any information which you provide to the Organizer is accurate, complete and up to date.
CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONCE?
- Participants will enjoy discounts on select devices as in 6.1.
- Should there be any dispute in this regard, the Organizer shall be sole adjudicator of the dispute and the Organizer’s decision shall be final.

Is my pre-order deposit refundable?
Pre-order deposits are not refundable in cash. If you require a refund, we will convert deposited value to the credit equivalent for purchase on this site.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Pre-orders will be shipped alongside gift items within a month of the pre-order start date.
