STEP 1:
Activate your Samsung Members account on your new device, by signing into your Samsung Account (see video guide below).
STEP 2:
Once you are logged into the Samsung Members App, click the “Benefits” Tab on the top left corner in the app (see video guide below).
STEP 3:
Tap the “Redeem Your Gifts” button.
STEP 4:
Redeem your gifts by filling out your details (see video guide below).

Viola! Wait for your gifts to arrive or pick up at any of our stores you pre-ordered in.
